1. General Policy

KP Expert provides specialized Oracle and cloud training programs. Our batches are planned in advance, with limited seats and live instructor time. Because of this, refunds are handled carefully to balance learner flexibility with trainer and infrastructure commitments.

By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You have paid the full/partial fee but the batch has not yet started and you request cancellation at least 3 working days before the announced start date.
  • KP Expert cancels a batch or is unable to allocate you to a suitable upcoming batch.
  • There is a duplicate payment or excess amount paid by mistake.

Any approved refund will typically be processed after verification of payment details and enrollment status.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

As a general rule, fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • You have already started attending live sessions or accessed significant part of the course content.
  • You miss classes due to personal reasons (work schedule, health, travel, exams, etc.).
  • You are unable to continue because of technical issues on your side (internet, system, power, etc.).
  • You did not attend demo / orientation sessions that were provided before full enrollment.
  • Completion certificate and course access have already been provided.

In such situations, we may support you with batch transfers or make-up classes where possible, but fee refunds will generally not be issued.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

If you qualify for a refund as per this policy:

  • Send an email to support@kpexpert.in with your full name, registered email, contact number, course name, payment proof and reason for refund.
  • Our team will review your request and may contact you for any additional clarification.
  • Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment, subject to bank/UPI timelines.
  • Convenience charges / payment gateway charges, if any, may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider’s policy.

5. Demo & Trial Classes

Wherever possible, we encourage learners to attend demo / trial sessions or detailed counselling before confirming enrollment. Demo or trial classes (if offered free of cost) are not eligible for any kind of refund or monetary compensation.

For paid workshops, short-term programs, or one-time sessions, refunds are generally not available once the session has started.
